Ingredients
- The Card base is a standard C6 cards base 14.8cam x 21cm scored at 10.5 cam (AUS & UK) in Thick Basic White. (US just use your standard Card base & layers.)
- Basic White Layer #1 14.3cm x 10cm & #2 13.4cm x 9.1cm(for inside layer)
- Basic White 10.5cm x 1.7cm
- Splendid Day Designer Series paper 13.8cm x 2cm ( soft sea foam print)
- Soft Sea Foam Layer 14.3cm x 10cm for inside layer
- Basic White scrap for die cutting butterflies
- Happiness Abounds Stamp Set
- Fern 3D Embossing Folder
- Brilliant Wings Dies
- Opal Rounds
- Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad
- Adhesives
Instructions
- Have your Card base ready for assembling
- Using the first basic white card layer #1 emboss using the Fern embossing folder.
- with a blending brush and the soft sea foam ink, lightly colour raised areas of the embossed fern cardstock, use a light hand, you just want a tint of colour.
- With the basic white strip of cardstock 10.5cm x 1.7cm stamp in Pear Pizzazz the sentiment "best wishes" then adhere the strip to the lower part of the Fern 3D embossed layer.
- with dimensionals, stick to the back of the Splendid Day DSP Strip then adhere vertically on the left side of the Fern 3D embossed layer, as shown in the image.
- With multipurpose liquid glue adhere the embossed layer to the card base.
- With the Basic White Scrap for die cutting butterflies, using the Blending Brush and the Soft Sea Foam Ink, blend some soft sea foam tot he cardstock. Then using 2 Butterflies from the brilliant wings dies die cut them from the soft sea foam blended cardstock.
- Using the multi Purpose liquid glue stick your butterflies to the card front Fern 3D embossed layer.
- Then using the Opal Rounds add that BLING BLING to your Card.
- The Soft Sea Foam & Basic White cardstock for the inside Layers, Adhere them to the inside layer with the Multi-purpose Liquid Glue, first the Soft Sea Foam and then the Basic White on top, stamp a sentiment on the inside if you so desire.
- Your Card is now Complete. I hop you enjoyed creating this card with me.
